There are over 14000 licensed venues including: bars, pubs, clubs, and restaurants in NSW employing full and part time staff. It is required, by law, for these people to have completed an approved RSA training course. The aim of this training program is to provide candidates with the knowledge and understanding required to act responsibly when selling, supplying or promoting alcohol in relation to their responsibilities, workplace duties, the law and customer service and safety.
Provide Responsible Gambling Services

It is mandatory for people working in the gaming industry (pubs, clubs, casinos and venues promoting the use of gaming machines, table games, keno, TAB and all other gambling services), to have completed an approved RCG course. The aim of this course is to provide candidates with the knowledge and understanding required to identify and assist problem gamblers, provide assistance to family and friends and assist with self-exclusion procedures in order to minimise harm to the individual and community.
Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures

It is becoming increasingly important in the food handling and service industry throughout Australia to hold a certificate in RFH. The aim of this course is to provide candidates with the skills and knowledge required to prepare and handle food safely, as required by national food safety laws. Candidates will be able to demonstrate the new food laws, food safety practices, health and personal hygiene obligations, and kitchen hygiene. This unit is part of the Hospitality Training Package.
